PERFECT PIZZA FROM OUR Wood-fired Oven
Hand-made Italian dough, buffalo mozzarella, freshly torn basil and mouth-watering toppings from our trusted South West suppliers. Made to order in front of you, then whacked in our old-fashioned tear drop pizza oven. A few minutes later out comes food heaven. No surprise this is one of our most popular offerings.

The Big Pan Paella.
There’s something about watching a huge paella being made. The timing, the building up of layers of flavour - It’s mass catering with finesse. There’s a real art to it, and the Tang and Tipple team have mastered it.
Seafood Paella - Prawns, mussels, shallots, green beans, paella rice, fish stock & saffron, garnished with king prawns and shell on mussels.
Traditional Valencian - Chicken, pork ribs, butter beans, green beans, garlic, saffron, paprika, Paella rice.
The Big Veggie - Packed with seasonal local vegetables.
All served with baguettes and garlic aioli, so you can mop up every last bit of flavour.
We cater to any specific needs, so if you insist on washing it all down with gallons of Sangria, let us know.
